THE GENUINE DINING CO. HAVE A FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY FOR A DYNAMIC, FUN AND ENERGETIC CONFERENCE CENTRE CO-ORDINATOR TO OVERSEE ONE OF OUR MOST EXCITING AND PRESTIGIOUS CONTRACTS IN READING.

You will lead the booking and client relationship and ensure a high level of service. The operation is ranging through from staff restaurant, events, hospitality and breakout coffee areas.
The operation runs a high volume of conference and events, so you must posses an exceptional level of organisation skills, and financial accumen. You will work alongside team of 8, and you will strive to exceed expectation and deliver a product and service that wows every time. The client relationship is crucial and you must be able to communicate on all levels.
You will be creative and innovative, with the ability to push the boundaries of contract catering, relishing new ideas and ways of delivering exciting food concepts and methods of service.

Responsibilities
  • To organise and lead the contract in accordance with and to the standards required by The Genuine Dining Co. and the client
  • To be responsible for the overall efficient and effective running of the contract to provide great quality events, catering and food to a high standard
  • To develop and train a highly motivated team who put our customers first and deliver the contractual requirements
  • Ensure your contract is compliant in all areas of Food Safety and Health & Safety
  • Driving the service and support to exceed our client’s and our customers’ expectations
  • Implementing plans to achieve strategic growth of the operation and overall contract delivery
  • To be proactive in the engagement of customers and adapting the offer to suit their needs providing an opportunity to maximise revenue
  • To have a clear financial understanding of the contract and achieve all targets and KPI’s
