Conference Centre Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Conference Centre Manager to lead the operations of our prestigious Rednal Hotel and Conference Centre. This unique opportunity blends commercial hospitality with our mission to support and serve our members and guests.
As the Conference Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of the highest standards of service to NASUWT members, guests, and commercial clients. You will lead a large team across multiple departments—Front of House, Housekeeping, Kitchen, Restaurant, Bar, and Banqueting—and oversee all aspects of hospitality, operations, facilities, compliance, and strategic promotion.
The successful candidate will have substantial experience in hotel and conference centre operations and will be confident managing budgets, people, safety compliance, customer experience, and marketing strategies. You will play a key part in shaping the NASUWT’s reputation for excellence and ensuring our facilities provide a welcoming, efficient, and high-quality experience for all users.
