Job Description Handle event inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings. Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements and provide tailored solutions. Prepare event proposals, contracts, and function sheets. Liaise with internal departments (F&B, housekeeping, AV, etc.) to ensure smooth event execution. Conduct site inspections and pre-event meetings with clients. Monitor event timelines, budgets, and logistics. Provide on-site support during events to ensure client satisfaction. Follow up post-event for feedback and future business opportunities. Maintain accurate records and update the event management system. Qualifications Previous experience in event planning or conference services, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication, client service abilities, and sales driven. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in MS Office and event management software.
