With a portfolio of 10 resorts and clubs across Australia, we offer outstanding venues for conferences and events in some of the country’s most sought-after destinations.
Are you an organised, enthusiastic, and service-driven professional ready to step into the exciting world of conferences and events? At RACV Goldfields, we’re seeking a Conference & Events Coordinator to join our team and help deliver unforgettable experiences at one of our leading resort destinations.
RACV Goldfields Resort is one of regional Victoria’s largest residential conference venues, nestled on 150 acres of state forest in the heart of the Goldfields, Macedon Ranges, and Spa Country. Responsibilities

THE ROLE

In this dynamic role, you’ll be at the heart of event planning and execution — from coordinating meetings and conferences to special dining experiences, and accommodation group bookings. You’ll work closely with clients and internal departments to ensure every detail is seamless — from initial enquiry and planning through to post-event follow-up.
This is your opportunity to combine creativity, hospitality, and customer service in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO – REPORTING TO THE CONFERENCE & EVENTS SALES MANAGER:

  • Coordinate and manage conferences and events, from intimate board meetings to large group gatherings
  • Prepare accurate quotes, booking contracts, event orders, and invoicing
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and guide them through the planning process
  • Work with internal teams across food & beverage, AV, housekeeping, front office and operations to bring each event to life
  • Attend operations and sales meetings to ensure flawless delivery
  • Provide on-site support and build strong relationships with clients for repeat business
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold RACV’s high standards of service
