At RACV Goldfields, we’re seeking a Conference & Events Coordinator to join our team and help deliver unforgettable experiences at one of our leading resort destinations.
RACV Goldfields Resort is one of regional Victoria’s largest residential conference venues, nestled on 150 acres of state forest in the heart of the Goldfields, Macedon Ranges, and Spa Country. Combining recreation, business, and entertainment, it’s a premier destination for conferences, corporate retreats, and events.
THE ROLE
In this dynamic role, you’ll be at the heart of event planning and execution — from coordinating meetings and conferences to special dining experiences, and accommodation group bookings. You’ll work closely with clients and internal departments to ensure every detail is seamless — from initial enquiry and planning through to post-event follow-up.
