Description
About the Role On the Customer Growth team, your job is to make every conference and event something to talk about. You work with Auger’s Founders to design the experience. You coordinate every detail. You execute on-site. You make sure people are talking about Auger long after they leave. This isn't event planning as checkbox work. This is events as revenue-driving and brand-defining moments. What you'll do Pre-Event Planning & Logistics Coordinate all logistics: booth space, sponsorships, speaking slots, travel, lodging, shipments Build pre-event outreach campaigns in collaboration with sales team Manage timelines and vendors: booth design, promotional materials, swag, signage Ensure every detail is handled so the sales team can focus on prospects, not logistics Visual Design & Brand Presence Command the look and feel of Auger's presence at every event Design booth layouts, signage, and collateral that reflect Auger's brand: sharp, direct, substantive Coordinate with designers and agencies to execute on vision Ensure consistency across all touchpoints: booth, swag, presentations, one-pagers Vendor & Agency Management Source, vet, and manage external partners: booth builders, design agencies, swag vendors, AV companies Negotiate contracts and manage vendor budgets Provide clear briefs and creative direction that align with Auger's brand and event goals Hold vendors accountable for quality, timelines, and budget On-Site Execution & Operations Be on the ground at every major event Manage booth operations: setup, staffing schedules, tear-down Handle real-time problem-solving: missing shipments, last-minute changes, vendor issues Work the floor alongside the sales team: capture leads, schedule follow-up meetings, keep things running smoothly Post-Event Follow-Up & Analysis Coordinate follow-up campaigns with sales and marketing Measure event performance: meetings booked, pipeline generated, cost per lead Build playbooks that make each event better than the last Who You Are You’re highly organized and comfortable working in ambiguity. You enjoy figuring things out as you go—whether that’s shaping a new event format, solving last-minute issues, or adapting plans on the fly. You’re an idea generator as well as an executor. You can propose creative event concepts, formats, and experiences that align with business goals and audience needs. You have strong aesthetic taste and an eye for detail—able to design event experiences that feel polished, intentional, and on-brand. You balance creativity with rigor, managing timelines, budgets, vendors, and logistics without losing attention to detail. You’re proactive, resourceful, and take ownership—when something isn’t defined, you define it.
