Lime Hospitality are supporting a valued client, a 4 * hotel sitting in 65 acres of beautiful English countryside, in looking for someone to manage the successful delivery of their corporate events and weddings across their venues.

PACKAGE

  • Salary of £30,000 - £32,000 p/a, depending on experience

Responsibilities
  • Managing and running all conferences and events – this is a hands-on role
  • Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Leading efficient opening and closing procedures, and service delivery
  • Having high standards of F&B knowledge
  • Reporting to the Food & Beverage Operations Manager
