We’re now looking for an experienced Conference & Events Operations Manager to lead our C&E operations and deliver exceptional experiences across weddings, conferences, meetings and social events. About the Role You’ll oversee the full Conference & Events operation, ensuring seamless delivery, strong financial performance, and a motivated, high-engagement team. Working closely with internal departments, you’ll create an environment where colleagues thrive and guests leave delighted. What You’ll Do Lead day-to-day C&E operations and event execution Run team briefings, training and coaching Ensure exceptional guest service and manage VIP needs Oversee rostering, payroll compliance and labour planning Maintain high standards across event spaces, BOH and FOH Build strong cross-departmental relationships Review guest feedback and drive continuous improvement Support safety, hazard management and operational compliance What We’re Looking For Full working rights in Australia Tertiary qualification in Hospitality, Events or similar 3+ years’ experience managing C&E or hotel operations Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing teams Financial and budget management capability Excellent communication, organisation and time-management skills Valid NSW RSA + First Aid Ability to work a flexible roster including evenings/weekends Why You’ll Love It Here Stunning Hunter Valley location Global hotel discounts across 6,000+ IHG hotels A supportive culture with real career growth Work with a passionate team who love what they do
