We’re currently recruiting for a dedicated Conference and Events Sales Executive to join the team at HMS Belfast to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Restaurant Associates on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities
  • To raise the profile of the company with existing and new clients
  • Promptly respond to all incoming sales enquiries, drive conversion rate, arrange site visits and contract booking
  • Proactively process event enquiries and to actively work as part of the sales team to increase and enhance revenues achieving overall targets.
  • Conducting reactive sales activities including responding to telephone and e-mail enquiries
  • Proactively sell the facilities by various techniques and always aiming to meet customer needs and exceed customer expectations.
  • Consistently ensure the highest standards of accurate and timely customer, staff and management information.
  • Develop client, venue and internal relationships through knowledgeable and effective enquiry handling
  • Ensuring high level of conversion of bookings to achieve and exceed targets set.
  • Work with event planners effectively to provide a seamless handover for final event details
  • Nurture client relationships to maximise all upselling and sales opportunities.
  • Network with internal and external stakeholders.
