Job Description Manage the full event lifecycle—from enquiry, quotations, and BEO creation to billing, post-event follow-up, and reporting. Interpret and consolidate client requirements to deliver seamless, memorable events aligned with hotel standards. Coordinate with key departments including Banquets, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Front Office, and AV to ensure flawless service. Conduct site inspections and proactively source new business to support revenue targets. Oversee event budgets, forecasting, contract management, and vendor coordination. Maintain accurate records, manage systems such as Delphi/Opera, and ensure compliance with brand, safety, and operational standards. Qualifications Previous experience in conference and events sales or operations, ideally within a hotel environment. Strong organisational, project management, and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills. Proficiency in event management systems (Delphi/Opera desirable) and Microsoft Office. Proven ability to convert enquiries, manage budgets, and deliver exceptional client experiences. A positive, solutions-driven mindset with exceptional attention to detail and presentation.
