We are currently seeking an energetic and service-focused Conference & Events Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage leadership team. Job Description As Conference & Events Supervisor, you will play a hands-on leadership role in delivering exceptional meetings, events, conferences, and social functions across the hotel. Working closely with the Conference & Events Operations team and wider Food & Beverage department, you will help ensure every event is executed seamlessly while maintaining high service standards and strong team engagement. Key responsibilities include: Supervising conference and event operations across all function spaces Leading shifts and supporting the team during conferences, meetings, weddings, and special events Ensuring event rooms are set and presented to brand standards Liaising with kitchen, operations, and events teams to ensure smooth event execution Supporting rostering, team training, and daily operational coordination Delivering exceptional guest experiences and managing service recovery when required Monitoring service standards, cleanliness, and operational compliance Assisting with stock control, beverage service, and outlet support as required Supporting onboarding and development of new team members This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional looking to grow their leadership capability within a fast-paced hotel environment. Qualifications Previous experience in conferencing, events, banquets, or food & beverage operations Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced operational environment Passion for guest service and attention to detail Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays Current RSA certification Experience within hotels or large-scale events environments is advantageous Additional Information Why Work With Accor?
