REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline is a minimum requirement
• Minimum 2 to 3 year(s) working experience (experience in the conference/training industry is preferred)
• Strong interests in current business issues and industry demands
• Good research and analytical skills
• Excellent oral & written communication skills
• Leadership quality
• A team player and creative thinker

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Synthesise & analyse research output to be developed into high quality business intelligence/training program/conferences
• Conducting telephone research and desk research to develop business programs and workshops in line with market needs
• Structuring the agenda and focus of business conferences within stipulated timelines
• Communicating, liaising and working closely with senior level managers from various industries
• Qualifying and inviting industry experts to participate at a conference or as speakers/course facilitators
• Generating new and innovative ideas for future conferences
