The position of Conference Producer / Conference Marketing Specialist is a full-time position based in Singapore. You will oversee all aspects of events, from concept to execution, ensuring timelines are met, and that each event exceeds expectations. For virtual events, you will be responsible for both production and marketing; for in-person events, you will be responsible for either production or marketing. As a Conference Producer / Conference Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for the following areas:

REQUIREMENTS:

• A Bachelor or Master’s degree in any subject;
• Experience in conference industry is preferred
• Are curious about people and love to speak, build and nurture relations;
• Capable of handling multiple projects, and articulate common objectives for the teams to follow.
• Excellent online call etiquette and written communication skills
• International travel and confidence in face-to-face networking
• Proven ability to work well in a team but also initiative to work on your own
