We are expanding and seeking an experienced Conference Producer to join our team. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping agendas that address the most pressing challenges and opportunities in the energy and clean tech sectors.

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced: 2–4+ years as a Conference Producer (preferably in energy, finance, infrastructure, or related sectors).
  • Commercially aware: Understands how to build agendas that attract senior delegates and sponsorship.
  • A communicator: Confident engaging with senior executives, government, and technical experts.
  • Organised: Able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
  • Curious: Passionate about energy transition, decarbonisation, and technology.
Responsibilities

As a Conference Producer, you will:

  • Research & Development – Conduct in-depth market research to identify themes, trends, and commercial opportunities across energy and industrial decarbonisation.
  • Agenda Creation – Build compelling programmes with high-level speakers (CEOs, policymakers, investors, innovators).
  • Speaker Acquisition – Secure thought-leading speakers and industry experts.
  • Partnership Building – Support sponsorship, marketing, and delegate teams by developing strong industry relationships.
  • Project Management – Deliver events end-to-end, from concept through to execution, ensuring timelines and revenue goals are met.
  • Content Leadership – Write agendas, session briefs, and thought-leadership content to position Foresight as a market leader.
