ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for an experienced Conference Producer with a solid background in organizing and delivering high-impact conferences in the energy, sustainability, and innovation sectors. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the UAE conference landscape and possess a strong network of industry stakeholders, thought leaders, and government entities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct in-depth industry research to identify trending topics, challenges, and opportunities in the energy and innovation sectors.
• Develop strong conference agendas with compelling themes, session topics, and speaker line-ups.
• Secure top-tier speakers, panelists, and moderators through professional outreach and relationship building.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align content with commercial goals and audience targets.
• Liaise with sponsors and partners to ensure content relevance and commercial value.
• Oversee onsite delivery of the event and support the team with speaker management, run of show, and crisis handling.
• Analyze post-event feedback for continuous improvement and planning.
