QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 2 years of commercial conference production or commercial experience in another field
• A minimum of 2 years speaker recruitment experience
• Experience working within financial or private equity conference’s role is desirable but not essential.
• Experience working within a senior level finance professionals is desirable but not essential
• Bachelor’s degree

ABOUT THE ROLE

We at PEI Group are looking for a Conference Producer to join our welcoming, diverse, and growing team on a 9-month FTC to cover a maternity leave. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming and delivering our flagship real estate investing PERE Asia conference (H1 2026), while also supporting other events across the broader PEI Media private markets portfolio in Asia. The role requires strong industry engagement, content development skills, and the ability to manage projects from research and agenda creation through to on-site execution and post-event analysis.

PURPOSE OF ROLE

• Service and connect the key players in private investment markets through the production of substantive conferences.
• Drive the top line revenue growth of annual events.
• Be alive to opportunities to develop the event portfolio with well-researched, commercially viable conference ideas.
• Be a credible and respected face of PEI in the markets we serve.
