Job Description About the Role Supervising team members and working across the different F&B outlets with a particular focus on the Hotel's Conferencing and Events, as well as Breakfast in the Hotel's restaurant. Committed to delivering high level authentic customer service. ​ To assist your Manager in training of new employees within the department.​ Onsite contact for conference and/or event clients and be responsible from start to finish including meet & greet, run through event orders and supporting front line staff as required.​ Qualifications About You Experience in a similar role in a hotel environment preferable ​ Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)​ Barista & coffee skills​ Previous experience in Conferencing & Events or functions​ Flexibility to work across a 7 day rotating roster, including nights and weekends​ ​Experience in supervising/leading team members​ Additional Information The Como Melbourne is part of the Accor Group.
