To actively and independently support the role of the Conference Services Managers and Outlet Sales, in order to provide the best service possible to the client. Reporting to the Director of Catering and Conference Services, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service Managing client requests, either in their absence or at the request of the Catering Manager or Director. Prompt response to client inquiries, comprehensive management of PM System bookings to include all required information for file creation and applicable maintenance Accurate and timely general document and correspondence production, organization and distribution between clients and managers in the department. Assist Managers with day-to-day tasks relating to guest interaction, preparation, distribution, and organization of Banquet Event Orders, correspondence, filing, telephone and other duties assigned.
