THE ROLE

Step into the rewarding role of Conference Services Manager and become the behind-the-scenes expert who brings meetings and events to life. As a vital member of our team, you’ll serve as the primary liaison between clients and our hotel, ensuring every detail of their program is flawlessly executed from contract to close. Your focus will be on planning, coordinating, and delivering group events with precision and creativity. From reviewing contracts and finalizing meeting requirements to working with catering, banquet, and operations teams, you’ll make sure each event runs smoothly and exceeds expectations. Working closely with Sales, you’ll transition booked business into executed success stories, building lasting client relationships that drive repeat group business.
