In this role you will assist the Associate Conferences Manager with picking & packing supplies, tracking shipments, updating ExhibitDay (conference database), monitoring supplies stock, processing invoices, ordering branded materials, creating order forms, following up with marketers and editors on any conference logistics queries. This role may also require occasional travel to local conferences and/or to other Bloomsbury offices. Requirements Advanced MS Office skills, Excel in particular Exceptionally organized and detail oriented Ability to meet deadlines Excellent oral and written communication skills Adaptability Candidates are asked to submit a cover letter with submission.
