Work with third party legal firms globally, as and when required. Proactive / Solutions orientated mindset - Able to balance the need for innovation and the achievement of commercial goals with the need for control and consistent adherence to governance and regulation. Communicating for Impact - ensuring information is communicated effectively (both internally and externally) in a timely fashion and encourage structured self-service behaviours so that advice does not need to be repeated. Making a personal difference - to have strong influencing, bridging and negotiating skills (both internally and externally). Capable of working independently but with the confidence to identify areas where training, supervision or personal development is required. Managing a changing environment - able to deal with complexity and ambiguity in a dynamic working environment.
