What Will Your Day Look Like?
Join our team to build and configure end-user equipment, including proactive hardware refreshes and ad hoc requests. You’ll collaborate closely with the Software Deployment Engineer, providing mutual cover and support as needed.
We’re looking for someone passionate about exceptional customer service, capable of diagnosing issues escalated by the service desk, business systems, or infrastructure teams. You’ll work across phone, in-person, onsite, and remote support technologies, ensuring seamless collaboration with colleagues and customers.

What You’ll Need To Succeed:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Full Driving Licence
• Ability to build and sustain positive relationships with team members and end users
• Understanding of Windows OS and Server OS
• Familiar with Microsoft Intune
• Knowledge of how hardware works and performance of devices
