Configuration Management process is conducted on a Program basis and supports all Program activities within IDE by providing technical and administrative direction and technical support in areas such as: Configuration Items data release and archive, Configuration Baseline generation and maintenance and Engineering changes management throughout the lifecycle of a product. What You ‘ll Be Doing: Handle, review, release and archive Electromechanical Drawings and Technical Documents. Maintain and control Configuration Baselines and Reports per project. Control and Manage Engineering Changes assuring the effectiveness of a complete technical change workflow from request (deriving from IDE designers or IDE customers) to implementation. Participate in Program review meetings internally or with the customer acting as a key point of contact in terms of configuration issues. Qualifications & Experience Required: Technical Institute in Mechanical Engineering or University degree in a Science or Engineering field Advanced Knowledge of MS Office. Fluency in English, both oral and written (advanced certificate). 3 years of experience as a minimum Desired: MsC in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Experience in Configuration / Documentation Management or similar Domain. Experience in SAP ERP environment. Experience and ability to read technical documents and electromechanical drawings. Key Competencies: Ability to work in an orderly and methodical way focusing on detail. Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Greek. Willingness to take initiative and motivation to drive results. Very good planning, time-management skills and ability to effectively manage concurrent tasks. High sense of accountability and great ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
