As a Configuration Management Engineer at Nokia, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of network and service data. Working within a dynamic Managed Services team, you will independently address both complex and recurring challenges, utilizing your analytical skills to drive process improvements. Your responsibilities will include leading cross-functional teams in executing complex change requests, and developing Methods of Procedure (MoPs) for medium- to high-risk operations. You’ll collaborate closely with other functions, engaging with internal teams and external partners to resolve high-impact incidents.
