Provide level 2 application support for web applications, ensuring optimal performance and availability. Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and resolution related to application issues in a timely manner. Configure and deploy application updates, enhancements, and patches to staging and production environments. Collaborate closely with development and operations teams to ensure smooth application functionality. Analyze and document configuration and support processes for knowledge sharing and future reference. Duties and Responsibilities: Coding and Development. Developing next generation web applications & software products Analysing requirements, problems and solving them with the best solution, Producing high quality code without much supervision and on-time delivery Ensure applications are responsive, secure, and performing optimally. Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support as needed. Working in cross-functional team, collaborating with peers Implementing code architecture to support a high-performance and scalable product
