POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Configuration Management Lead / Senior Specialist is a key contributor in ensuring the integrity, compliance, and traceability of hardware, software, and documentation across aerospace and defense programs. This role goes beyond clerical CM support—driving process improvements, ensuring regulatory compliance, and serving as a subject matter expert (SME) for CM best practices, tools, and standards.
You will collaborate with engineering, quality, supply chain, and program management to ensure product baselines are defined, controlled, and auditable throughout the program lifecycle

SALARY RANGE: $105,000 - $135,000
