REQUIRED EDUCATION & TRAINING
· Bachelor’s degree in information technology, cyber security, data science, information systems, or computer science
· Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), CompTIA Data+, OR Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) certification
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

· Operating and managing network equipment including hubs, routers, switches, bridges, servers, and transmission media.
· Conducting queries and developing algorithms to analyze data structures.
· Generating queries and reports and interpreting data from multiple sources.
· Analyzing data sources to provide actionable recommendations.
· Collecting metrics and trending data and developing strategic insights from large datasets.
· Presenting technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
· Manipulating and cleaning large, disparate datasets for bulk analysis.
· Identifying hidden patterns or relationships in data.
· Developing and implementing network backup and recovery procedures.
· Diagnosing and resolving network connectivity issues.
· Ensuring compliance with national and international laws, regulations, policies, and ethics related to cybersecurity.
· Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the client.
· Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support.
