Description
Configuration Management experience in complex product environments (software and/or systems), including Product Lifecycle/PLM knowledge and release/change management. Product development understanding (requirements → build/integrate → verify → release) with strong analytical rigor and attention to detail. Process mindset with a drive for efficiency, effectiveness, quality, and continuous improvement. Excellent collaboration and communication skills; ability to mentor teams and influence stakeholders. Fluency in English (written and spoken); Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field (or equivalent experience). Cloud‑Native basics (as we build on cloud‑native architecture): containers, images & registries, Helm charts, CI/CD concepts, SBOM/3PP handling, fundamentals of Kubernetes‑style packaging and lifecycle.
