We’re looking for a Configuration Manager to take the lead in governing and optimizing our enterprise CMDB. You’ll drive data integrity, automation, and standardization across key IT processes using the ServiceNow platform.

As Configuration Manager, you’ll own and manage the full lifecycle of configuration items across the enterprise. You’ll design and implement processes, integrations, and standards around the ServiceNow CMDB, aligning with CSDM (Common Service Data Model) best practices. Working closely with ServiceNow Product and Platform Owners, you’ll ensure accurate, complete, and actionable data to support ITSM, automation, and decision-making.
You’ll also help drive adoption of automated discovery and collaborate with Asset Management and Software Asset Management teams to consolidate, improve, and report on the health of the CMDB.
