As part of this role, you will manage and coordinate engineering changes across a highly technical and collaborative environment within the aerospace sector. You will ensure that all change requests are tracked, validated, and implemented in compliance with configuration management processes. Acting as the central point of contact for all stakeholders, you will play a key role in facilitating clear communication and efficient change execution across program departments. You will collaborate closely with design offices, production sites, final assembly lines, contracts, certification, and customer support teams, ensuring alignment and traceability throughout the entire change lifecycle. Your main tasks Formal checking of internal documents against templates and guidelines Receiving and reviewing external document/data package deliveries Delivering documents and data packages to internal teams, suppliers, and customers Manage different changes of documents Request for deviation (RFD) Request for waiver (RFW) Contract change Change request (CR) Change notes (CN) Contract change board (CCB) Managing the database Product tree As built tree and related documentation Desired Profile: · Strong organization skills · Strong ability to do things right first time and consistently · Strong sense of details · High level of precision and accuracy is a MUST · High level autonomy required · Solution oriented mindset; follow existing processes and pro activity to improve them · Open to 100% onsite work model The Following Experiences are a plus: Either - 2/3 years of experience in documentation management within the aeronautics/aerospace sector OR - 1/2 years of experience configuration management within the aeronautics/aerospace sector Completed training in technical documentation or a comparable qualification Experience with PDM systems (e.g., PTC-Windchill) or information systems (e.g., Confluence, Google Workspace) is a plus Your mindset is what matters the most! Your personality: Precise, systematic, and meticulous attention to detail Reliable, structured, and able to prioritize tasks independently Skills That Will Set You Apart: Cross-functional experience in configuration management and documentation management Airbus specific tools Additional Requirement The position requires a security clearance under the Sicherheitsüberprüfungsgesetz (SÜG).
