Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Configurations Manager to join a fast-growing team in Midland, TX, supporting the development and production of satellite systems. This is a on-site role focused on PLM administration, system configuration, and integration.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math
• 4 years of change management/engineering release experience.
• 3 years administering PLM/change management systems.
• 2 years administering Autodesk Fusion 360 Manage with ADMIN permissions.
• Experience with Autodesk Fusion 360, TeamCenter/Enovia, or similar PLM software.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project).

• Serve as Primary CM PLM Technical Administrator and Fusion Manage 360 PLM System Admin.
• Configure systems for engineering processes and integrations (CAD/PLM/ERP/MES).
• Manage engineering change orders, releases, and satellite configurations.
• Mentor users, collect metrics/KPIs, audit data, and resolve sync errors.
• Develop reports, tools, and improvements (e.g., poke-yoke, automation).
• Liaise with 3rd-party support for licensing and cost optimization.
