Job Title: Configuration Specialist Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-time US Hours (9am-5pm EST) Key Responsibilities Manage the full configuration process from contract signing to onboarding readiness Send welcome emails and configuration forms, and track completion of all required information Collect, organize, and maintain schedules, employee lists, and system setup details Lead configuration calls with clients to confirm requirements and gather any missing information Ensure all configuration data is complete, accurate, and ready for leadership review Coordinate closely with the PH configuration team to finalize system setup and upload master data Conduct a final internal review, submit completed configurations to Miriam for approval, and notify the onboarding team once approved Proactively follow up on outstanding items to prevent delays and resolve issues early Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong task and data management skills Clear and professional communicator, both written and verbal Patient and client-focused, able to support users at all learning levels Proactive self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities Comfortable working with and learning new software and systems Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external teams Positive, calm, and solution-oriented attitude Comfortable working U.S. hours Remote work from home Fraud Disclaimer: ReWorks Solutions will never request payment during recruitment or require in-person office visits.
