The Configuration Technician role performs production level logical configurations and testing. This position follows detailed work instructions provided by Engineering team to accomplish tasks. This position also works cross-functionally with other teams within the Supply Chain organization. Responsibilities: * Prepare and stage equipment for processing, including boxing/unboxing and shifting racks. * Perform physical audits of equipment and accessories to ensure accuracy and completeness. * Label products and cables, and apply asset tags for proper identification. * Configure and integrate hardware components into network devices according to customer specifications. * Install, upgrade, and test various equipment such as routers, switches, servers, wireless, voice, and video systems. * Execute functional hardware tests and troubleshoot errors when required. * Handle cabling, crating preparation, and other shipment-related tasks. * Capture logs and documentation for quality checks and compliance. * Other ad hoc duties as assigned * Requirements: * Minimum Diploma/ITE certification holder * Ability to use a handheld computer * Physically fit, ability to lift up to 20kg * Good communication skills * Able to work on different WMS systems * Experience in Lab and Warehouse environment preferred
