JOB PURPOSE: The Configured Stock Utilization Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting Numotion branches by optimizing the use of configured stock equipment. This position ensures efficient matching of available inventory with active orders, monitors order progress, resolves issues, and collaborates with branch leadership to ensure timely order fulfillment.    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: §  Identify and facilitate the use of configured inventory, including but not limited to power and manual wheelchairs, lifts, and strollers, by leveraging undelivered or cancelled orders (dead stock) that can be redirected for current OIP (Order in Progress) needs. §  Optimize inventory utilization to bypass restocking fees, reduce lead times, and ensure timely fulfillment through strategic reallocation of existing assets. §  Assist with the transfer and allocation of inventory between branches to meet order demands. §  Provide field-level support and maintain accurate tracking of in-stock inventory usage. §  Create and enter orders to support the efficient utilization of available inventory. §  Proactively monitor matched orders, identify issues, and ensure timely resolution through consistent follow-up. §  Maintain accurate and up-to-date tracking of inventory and order status within internal systems. §  Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform the job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion’s mission.  §  Adhere to employee or customer confidentiality and comply with Numotion’s policies and federal regulations. §  Always provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations.  Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority. §  The above duties and responsibilities are not an all-inclusive list but rather a general representation of the duties and responsibilities associated with this position.  The duties and responsibilities will be subject to change based on organizational needs and/or as deemed necessary by management.   REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE: * * High school diploma or GED required. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in DME (Durable Medical Equipment) industry. * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. * At least 1 year of experience in Spec Entry, Order Entry, or a Branch-Level role.    PREFERRED COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS: §  Ability to read, analyze, and interpret manufacturer specifications and Excel data. §  Strong written and verbal communication skills. §  Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.  PHYSICAL WORK REQUIREMENTS: The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. §  Frequent use of hands, wrists, and fingers associated with using computer equipment. §  Prolonged periods of time working at a desk and/or on a computer. §  Occasionally move and reach with arms and hands. §  Ability to lift/move up to 20 pounds.
