We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Confirmation Specialist/Appointment Generator to join our team. REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in outbound calling or telemarketing, preferably within a technology sales environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Familiarity with customer service principles and practices, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a positive rapport with potential clients.
  • Proficiency in using software tools for lead management and appointment scheduling.

  • Previous experience in inside sales is a plus but not mandatory.
