We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable Confirmation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for confirming scheduled moves with clients, ensuring all job details are accurate, and serving as a key communication link between our clients, Move Coordinators, Sales Team, and Operations. Your work ensures smooth execution of moves and a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Make confirmation calls to clients prior to their scheduled move dates. Verify move details, including date, time, addresses, inventory, and any special instructions. Communicate updates, changes, or client concerns to Move Coordinators, Sales, and Operations teams promptly. Document all client interactions and confirmations accurately in the system. Follow up on incomplete or missing information to ensure all jobs are ready for dispatch. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional phone manner. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless service. Other administrative tasks as assigned. Qualifications: Prior experience in customer service, scheduling, or administrative roles preferred. Excellent phone and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Proficient with basic computer systems and CRM software (training provided). Experience in the moving industry is a plus, but not required.
