Why Sunbelt?: * Competitive pay: Base + BONUS * Afternoon/Evening Shifts Available * Top-tier benefits: 401(k), health, dental, vision, and paid time off. * Fun, Energetic Team environment * Growth opportunities Responsibilities: * Confirm upcoming appointment dates with homeowners. * Inbound and Outbound calls to set appointments * Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring homeowner satisfaction. * Dispatch appointments to our sales reps * Scrub and Verify appointment details to ensure quality appointments. * Collaborating closely with the Call Center Manager to ensure an efficient schedule. ***This is not a remote role.*** What you’ll bring to the table: * Type a minimum of 35 words per minute (wpm) * Proficiency in using technology CRM platforms like Market Sharp, Lead Perfection, Improveit360, Salesforce, etc. (We use Lead Perfection and will train right candidate.) * Strong communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for engaging with people. * Must be able to multitask between multiple screens and internet tabs * Willingness to learn about our industry and products. * Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively. * Comfortable making outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries. * A pleasant and engaging personality that resonates with prospects. * Bilingual is a plus but not required Don’t wait—apply today and take the first step toward a future full of growth, purpose, and opportunity!
