This role is aimed at a Confirmed .NET / Azure Developer wishing to work on demanding projects within an Apps & Innovation team of approximately 60 employees. 💡 YOUR MISSIONS As a Confirmed .NET / Azure Developer (M/F), you join an Apps & Innovation team that designs, develops and maintains high-impact applications. Stack: .NET (C#), ASP.NET Core, DDD/CQRS, Angular/React, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Azure OpenAI Service, Semantic Kernel, AKS, Azure DevOps/GitHub, Bicep/Terraform. Design and develop end-to-end features on cloud-native architectures Actively participate in code reviews, testing, industrialisation and continuous optimisation Be proactive on patterns, tooling and best practices Take the technical lead on a project team: scoping, technical backlog, code reviews, mentoring Industrialise delivery: pipelines, code quality, automated testing, observability Contribute to scoping, workshops and client relations (advisory posture) Serve as the technical escalation point on critical topics (performance, security, integration) Qualifications You have at least 5 years of development experience. Excellent mastery of .NET/C# and a modern frontend (Angular or React). Python skills would be a plus. You are interested in or have initial experience with Vibe Coding. Confirmed experience in team leadership, code reviews, mentoring, and production delivery. Rigorous practice of tests, pipelines, code quality, and DevOps tooling. Product sense, pragmatism, and clear communication. Quality-driven, service-oriented, team spirit. Analytical mindset, relationship and communication skills. Autonomy, pedagogical skills, desire to share knowledge and learn. Fluent French, professional English.
