In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough conflict checks for potential new clients and matters, analyzing conflicts of interest, and providing recommendations for resolution. You will also be responsible for supervising a team of Conflicts Analysts and providing guidance and support as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct conflict checks for potential new clients and matters - Analyze conflicts of interest and provide recommendations for resolution - Communicate with attorneys and other staff to gather necessary information for conflict checks - Maintain accurate and up-to-date conflict check records - Supervise a team of Conflicts Analysts and provide guidance and support as needed - Develop and implement conflict check policies and procedures - Stay informed about industry regulations and best practices related to conflicts of interest - Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a conflicts analyst or similar role - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Experience with conflict check databases and software - Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Prior supervisory experience is preferred but not required We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth within our company.
