Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to navigate complex regulatory framework situations Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively between internal stakeholders, suppliers and e-commerce platforms Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Electronics etc) Bachelor’s / master’s degree in business administration, Management, International Trade, Supply Chain, or related field. Strong working knowledge of regulatory and conformity assessment programs. 2–4 years’ experience in business coordination, trade compliance, or regulatory services. Proven track record in managing workflows, client communication, and regulatory documentation. Hands-on experience handling compliance for multiple product categories (e.g., Cosmetics, Electronics, Softlines, Toys, or Hardlines). Deep understanding of international standards (ISO/IEC), regulatory framework , standards and certification schemes. Prior experience working directly with E-commerce regulators or marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Noon) is a significant plus. Proven track record in verifying test reports, technical files, and Certificates of Conformity (CoC). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance portals; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Additional Information #LI-Onsite
