OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced concession lead to lead our team at Stack and Still within the Bonnie Wild Food Market. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that combines leadership responsibilities with daily kitchen operational tasks. You will be actively involved in cooking, cleaning, serving customers, managing staff rotas, placing stock orders, and ensuring the smooth running of the concession.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in kitchen and/or front of house hospitality management, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of food safety regulations and operational best practices.
  • Full weekend availability along with public holidays and Pancake Tuesday.
Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and support the team to deliver excellent service and maintain high standards of food quality.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency in service, stock management, and team coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Manage staffing levels, schedules, and performance to ensure smooth operations during peak and off-peak hours.
  • Daily kitchen operations, prep levels along with stock ordering.
