You will help translate market insights into concrete actions, working closely with commercial teams to ensure strong brand performance and category growth. This role is about turning brand strategy into market execution. Key responsibilities • Implement Go-to-Market strategies and 5Ps plans to drive brand growth • Manage the local sub-category P&L, monitoring performance and opportunities • Lead commercial meetings and support Budget Review and Mid-Year Review processes • Analyze market share, KPIs and business performance indicators • Coordinate brand launches, promotions and activation initiatives • Develop promotional plans together with retail marketing and commercial teams • Monitor competitive activity and identify market opportunities • Support margin improvement initiatives and portfolio optimization What we are looking for • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields • 3+ years of experience in FMCG marketing • Fluent English • Strong analytical and business understanding • Experience working with pricing, market performance and P&L impact • Excellent presentation and stakeholder influence skills Nice to have: • Master’s degree or MBA • Experience with Nielsen, Kantar or similar market data tools • Background in Trade Marketing Why this conversation matters This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, commercial execution and financial performance within one of the most dynamic industries.
