An AUTOMOTIVE OEM is looking for an INFOTAINMENT (MOBILE APP AND TELEMATICS) VALIDATION ENGINEER to support the organization’s ongoing vehicle connectivity initiatives. This LONG TERM CONTRACT POSITION (with possibility of extension and even transitioning to direct) will work with a team to perform validation testing on various vehicle systems related to infotainment, wireless networks, and general connectivity.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Telecommunications
• Experience with vehicle product development process (concept to launch)
• 0-3 years of experience with wireless network, Telematics systems, and vehicle sub-systems
• Experience working on cellular technology LTE, etc.
• Experience with validation and logging/simulation tools, such as CMW500, QXDM, CAN analyzer, etc.
• Experience with developing, completing and evaluating FMEA’s and DV/PV plans
• Valid Driver’s License and satisfactory driving record
  Must Haves: Bachelor’s Degree and Prior Automotive Related Validation/Testing Experience
  Job Types: Full-time, Contract
