We are looking for a Connectivity Manager to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of e-mobility.

YOUR ROLE

With the growing number of new connections of both roaming partners as well as customers (providers) we are expanding our Connectivity team. You will be a part of a talented and ambitious team and will report to the Manager Connectivity.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring seamless connections between our systems and our partners’ platforms. From configuring OCPI/OICP connections and platform APIs to investigating connection issues, testing integrations, and debugging — you’ll make sure everything runs smoothly and step in as the first point of contact when a connection needs attention.
Experience with APIs is essential, while familiarity with Plug and Charge technologies is considered a strong plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the first point of contact for system-to-system connections
• Manage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Translate complex technical topics into understandable insights for non-technical audiences
• Participate in customer meetings and represent the company in connectivity discussions
• Create and manage bug and incident tickets with clear documentation and follow-up
• Continuously seek ways to improve processes and drive efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
