THE ROLE

As a Connectivity Rollout Expert, you will be at the forefront of our digital revolution, supporting the rollout of connectivity across our markets. You will combine deep technical knowledge of connectivity technologies with strong operational and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Lead the connectivity setup process, from MNO to TSP, including KYC, activation, and technician involvement.
• Manage costs related to connectivity in close collaboration with Finance and other stakeholders.
• Oversee invoicing and resolve connectivity-related issues.
• Handle activation issues, ranging from technical challenges with MNO/TSP to customer registration within our systems.
• Support customers and distributors by explaining standard and premium offers.
• Work with technical teams (MSS and ZTE) to follow up on customer and distributor issues.
• Support the development, rollout, and follow-up of training materials and assets.
• Address technical issues on-site, including visits to countries and distributors when needed.
• Prepare communication materials for web and digital platforms (e.g., product guides).

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE YOU WILL DEMONSTRATE:

• 5–10 years of experience in Automotive and Connectivity.
• Strong technical expertise combined with a commercial, customer-focused mindset.
• A comprehensive understanding of cockpit, cloud, and ADAS technologies, as well as data-driven commercial strategies.
• Proven ability to collaborate across functions and manage multiple stakeholders.
• A successful track record of leading product launches with customers and distributors.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• A strong professional network in the connectivity and technology sectors.
