It specializes in the development, production and sales of new powertrain-related and future-oriented products. The main products include after treatment system, 48V battery, sensors, connector, alternative fuel system, commercial vehicle electrification drive unit and thermal management system, automated driving assistance system, etc. Job Description 1. Communication with customer to confirm customer application and technical requirement. 2. Translate customer’s requirement into engineering specification and provide new product design solution. 3. Responsible for PN/BOM building, 3D models and 2D drawings, product specifications, application specifications, DFMEA etc. 4. Lead the design review for compliance with engineering principles, high voltage standards, customer contract requirements, verification and related specifications. 5. Lead design review with cross functional teams to confirm the manufacturing and quality control feasibility. 6. Leads DV/PV test, responsible for resolving product design and test problems. Qualifications 1. Master degree majored in Engineering. 2. More than 3 years connector mechanical design experience in Automotive industry. 3. Knowledge of connector fundamentals, capable of connector component design. 4. Familiar with GD&T, mechanics of plastic/rubber/metal materials. 5. Famiar with typical manufacturing process including injection molding, stamping, plating, crimping,welding assembly,etc. 6.
