Job Description Working scope We are global connector expert organization, provide technical support for Bosch internal customers relevant to connector system; implement connector release according to Bosch internal specification, international specification, and OEM’s specification; test failure root case analysis and provide improvement proposal; provide concept design based on internal customer needed. Job Description You will manage connector release test plans, perform testing, document final reports, and collaborate with internal and external customers on test results and failure root cause analysis. You will provide technical consulting services for internal customers on connector-related topics, including dimension deviation evaluation, design change impact assessment, customer request analysis, and connector selection guidance. You will lead task forces for connector issues using structured problem-solving methodologies, and present findings and improvement proposals to customers and suppliers. You will manage multiple tasks and projects in parallel while maintaining quality and customer focus. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering 3–5 years' working experience in vehicle connector design or testing (high voltage connector experience preferred) Technical competence in base materials (plastics, metals, plating, silicon) and connector design principles (tolerance calculation, design methodology including DFMEA, DRBFM, and problem-solving approaches) Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities and commitment to continuous learning Fluent English (spoken and written) with excellent communication and collaboration skills for working effectively with international teams Legal Entity: Bosch Automotive Products (Suzhou) Co., Ltd.
