OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and certified Immigration Consultant in Quebec to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of immigration processes and regulations, along with exceptional communication and organizational skills. This role requires a bilingual professional who can effectively assist clients in navigating their immigration journey while providing outstanding customer service.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is essential for effective communication with clients.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access) is required; familiarity with Officio is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess client situations accurately and develop appropriate strategies.
  • Excellent writing skills for preparing clear and concise documentation and reports.
  • Effective negotiation skills to advocate for clients during the immigration process.
  • Leadership capabilities to guide junior staff or interns as needed.
  • Time management skills to handle multiple cases efficiently while meeting deadlines.
  • Experience in customer service roles, ensuring a positive client experience throughout the process.

  • Prepare and submit immigration applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client situations to determine the best course of action for their immigration needs.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and case progress using various databases and filing systems.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Stay updated on changes in immigration policies, programs and procedures to provide the most current information to clients.
