Reimagine What’s Possible Nous recherchons un(e) Conseiller(ère) en Prévention EHS pour rejoindre nos équipes basées à Keumiee. Vous serez la personne de référence pour tout ce qui concerne la sécurité, l’environnement et la gestion des risques. Vous accompagnerez, formerez et conseillerez nos équipes afin de garantir un lieu de travail sûr et durable. En tant que Conseiller(ère) en Prévention EHS, vous serez responsable de : Assurer un support efficace en matière d’EHS sur le site, incluant la formation, le coaching et la conformité. Collaborer avec les équipes Opérations, Maintenance et Administration pour développer des procédures de sécurité claires. Fournir un soutien pratique pour la formation, le coaching en sécurité, les évaluations des risques et les enquêtes d’incidents. Participer à des projets EHS nationaux, des ateliers sectoriels et des audits internes. Contribuer à la coordination de la sécurité du site et de la surveillance médicale. Évaluer et améliorer en continu les pratiques de sécurité et environnementales sur le site. Profil attendu : Diplôme technique ou équivalent EHS Certificat de Conseiller en prévention niveau 1 idéalement, ou niveau 2 avec l’ambition d’obtenir le niveau 1 Niveau d'anglais professionnel indispensable Leadership affirmé, capable d’inspirer et d’influencer des équipes transverses Esprit proactif et pragmatique, orienté solutions et amélioration continue Capacité à travailler en autonomie tout en favorisant la collaboration. #LI-MF1 #LI-Onsite We are the world’s largest hydrogen producer with over 80 years of industrial gas experience.
