REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Experience in retail sales
• Customer service experience
• Experience with equestrian and animal products (an asset)
• Good physical condition with the ability to lift loads of up to 25 kg

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES

• Passion for horses and domestic animals
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Good knowledge of equestrian and animal products (an asset)
• Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
• Flexible availability for work schedules
• Strong adaptability and willingness to perform physical tasks as needed

As a Sales Advisor at Paddock Animal, you will play a key role in our store. You will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience by offering personalized advice and meeting the specific needs of our equestrian and animal-loving customers.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers, provide service, and assist with loading purchases
• Offer advice and product recommendations
• Manage inventory, receive shipments, and label products
• Replenish store displays
• Support sales efforts
• Refill bulk products as needed
• Process transactions and handle cash registers
