Le conseiller(ère) aux ventes pour l’espace-vente assurera la vente de nos produits auprès d’une clientèle principalement composée du grand public, mais aussi de professionnels, tels que cuisinistes, designers et architectes.

PROFILE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years experience in retail sales;
  • Bilingualism (French/English, spoken and written);
  • Dynamic and interested in design and renovation;
  • Results-oriented attitude;
  • Good listening skills and ability to propose solutions adapted to specific customer needs;
  • Strong orientation towards customer satisfaction;
  • Sense of organization, priorities and project management;
  • Demonstrate autonomy, rigor, discipline and professionalism;
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
  • Dynamism and passion for the construction industry;
  • Ability to communicate clearly and accurately.
Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell the company’s products and services in accordance with sales standards;
  • Establish a climate of trust between the customer and the representative during the sales process;
  • Know and present to customers the products, services and promotions in progress;
  • Follow up with customers after the sale;
  • Analyze trends and make a good recommendation to customers;
  • Perform all other related tasks.
